•  The Bloomfield Redevelopment Plan was presented to the Mayor and Council of the town of Bloomfield New Jersey, and was approved for recommendation to the Planning Board.
•  5th Ave Wharf, a mixed-use development in Belmar, New Jersey, was granted planning approval to move forward to the next stage of planning.
•  A Southpark Street storefront was granted approval for signage in the historic district of Montclair, New Jersey. The client had been trying to get approval for signage for a year before hiring Newwork to design the signage and expedite the approvals process.
•  The Richardson Building LLC was issued HOME funds to proceed with full construction of the planned residential development in Newark, New Jersey.
