Project Description
The Siena, located in Montclair, NJ, is a mixed-use residential development located in the heart of this vibrant urban village. The building is located in the center of downtown Montclair on Church Street, with density and close proximity to the train station. The ground floor will be comprised of 40,000 SF of boutique retail space that will compliment the eclectic mix already prevalent in the area.
Newwork was challenged with developing a contemporary design concept for the retail facades, awnings and banners that expressed the eclectic character of downtown Montclair while complimenting the historic quality of the district. Combining the vision of the client with an artist style rendering, delivered a concrete solution satisfying the diverse needs and vision of the owner Pinnacle Companies, the potential retail tenants and the Historic Preservation Commission.
