Project Description
Insignia Gardens is a 4-story new construction mixed-use building in the heart of North Bergen, New Jersey. The building will contain 30 new 1and 2 bedroom condominium units above a ground floor of retail. The units feature lots of natural sunlight, modern kitchens and baths and an abundance of space. Insignia Gardens is located across the street from beautiful James Braddock park and is an easy commute to New York City and northern New Jersey attractions.
The developer, Casablanca Development, hired Newwork to develop the building's marketing campaign. Newwork worked with Liberty Realty, the listing agent, to develop a marketing strategy for selling the 30 condo units. Newwork's multimedia team designed all of the marketing components and materials including the brand identity concept, logo, advertising slogans, graphic floorplans, photographic styling, brochures, postcards, building banners, print advertising, virtual tour and website.
