Project Description

This is a 331,000 square meter site close to the city center and is currently vacant. Newwork was engaged to do a feasibility analysis of the site and create a master plan that would maximize value. The plan consists of building a Gated Residential Community for the Middle to High Income Market with a 134,450 SQM Built Up Area (BUA).

Newwork was hired to conduct a site and area analysis, which included a market analysis of residential, and other development, in Muscat and the specific neighborhood. Newwork also conducted the financial feasibility study that demonstrated the viability of the project. Based on this analysis, Newwork determined the best use for the site and developed the master plan, renderings, elevations and massing models. The project is currently being evaluated by the private investors and the landowners. Newwork completed the entire project in approximately two weeks with a responsiveness in high demand in the region.
