Project Description
Newwork was commissioned by ENSHAA, a UAE-based real estate development company, to develop its Strategic Business Plan. The main purpose of the plan was to safeguard existing assets and resources, while realizing the company’s vision by maximizing current and future opportunities for growth.
Newwork outlined a multifaceted approach including outreach to ENSHAA’s core management team and a workshop-style process to build consensus and identify operation and growth processes. The Strategic Business Plan defines ENSHAA’s foundation, vision and growth strategy, while recommending a company structure, an investment and development process and an investment geography approach.
